The Homeowner Insulation Package is a key part of the Australian Governments investment in the Energy Efficient Homes Package to improve the energy rating of Australian homes. Insulation is the simplest, most effective and cheapest way to make a house more comfortable and energy efficient, including a saving of up to 40% on heating and cooling costs. To be eligible you must meet certain requirements.
